In the past, only the records and commercial documents of drug manufacturing companies (for humans) and food companies were required like this. - Certificate of Origin (CO), to be issuded by Chamber of Commernce & Industry.
- Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading
- Inspection Certificate (issued by HQTS, Intertek, GEO-CHEM Middle East or Bureau VERITAS) – Except for Timber and Gloves products.
- Health Certificate (if the good are food products)
- Pharmaceutical Certificate (for medicines)

• All of the above documents must be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam.
