Documents to Apply for Qatar Tourist Visa

Have you been planning a trip to Qatar – a wonderful place of interest and tourist attractions. Visitors travelling to Qatar must obtain Qatar Tourist Visa except for citizens from countries exempted from Qatar Visa.
Documents to apply for Qatar Tourist Visa:
1. Documents required from Inviter in Qatar:
+ Invitation letter
– Information about inviter + invitee
– Detail explanation of the purpose of this trip as well as the duration of stay
– Information about financial responsibility for all travel expenses incurred
+ In case, applicants are sponsored, the inviter must submit:
– Passport/ residence certificate in Qatar (Notarized copies)
– Relative proof between applicants and inviters
2. Documents required from Applicants:
+ Original passport must be valid at least 6 months and have 3 blank pages
+ Photographs taken straightly on white background
+ Personal documents:
– Family registration book
– Identity card
– Marriage certificate
– Birth certificate (if children accompanied)
+ Proof of employment:
In case of employee:
– A notarized copy of valid labor contract
– Original pay slips of last 6 months
– Original annual leave consent from your employer.
In case of employer:
– A notarized copy in Vietnamese of Business Registration/ Investment License
– A notarized copy of TAX/ Payment to State Budget ( latest 1 year)
In case of retirement:
– A notarized copy of retirement decision
– A notarized copy of retirement card
– A notarized copy of pension book
+ Proof of finance
+ A Copy of Roundtrip ticket/itinerary
+ Hotel confirmation
+ A copy of Travel Insurance for the whole period of stay with minimum liability of Euro 30.000.
