* General documents:

1. Full completed application form.
2. Passport – sized photographs
3. Valid national passport and one copy with validity of more than 6 months
4. Original of valid visa if you are citizen of other country and one copy.
5. Your lastest bank statement and one copy
6. Confirmation letter from your travel insurance for Myanmar showing the coverage and one copy.
7. Reference letter from your employer or your education establishment
8. Proof of group travel if you are travelling in a group
9. Proof of accommodation booking reservation in Cambodia.
10. Proof of airline ticket reservation for Cambodia and one copy.
11. Cambodia visa fee for Vietnamese nationals and residents in Vietnam
12. A valid credit card (Visa or Master credits)

CAMBODIA VISA EXEMPTION

Holders of normal passports of the following 9 countries do not require a visa for Cambodia for up to 30 days (unless otherwise noted):

Holders of diplomatic and official/service passports of Belarus, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, China, Cuba, Ecuador, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Peru, Philippines, Russia, Seychelles, Singapore, Slovakia, South Korea, Thailand, Uruguay and Vietnam do not require a visa for Cambodia.
