VISA TO FAROE ISLAND
Documents to apply for Faroe Visa:
1. Applicaton form, original.
2. Passport or official travel document, original (at least 3 months validity after the visa’s expiry date). Passport or official travel document, copy (If you have a previous passport).
3. One passport-size photo taken within the past six months, 3.5×4.5cm, length from the bottom of the chin about 3.0×3.6cm. Photos can’t request this request will be denied.
4. Purpose, place and duration of stay in Faroe Islands.
5. Original bank account statements (company or individual) on the turnover during the last three months. Other documents which show the existence of trade or/and work relations, copy.
6. Personal documents:
– Family registration book
– Identity card
– Marriage certificate
– Birth certificate (if children accompanied)
– Detailed tour, copy.
– Reservation of return airplane ticket (please do not purchase the ticket before obtaining the visa), copy.
– Travel Medical Insurance (original, copy).
* In case of Employee:
+ Confirmation of employment, original.
+ Labour contract, copy.
+ Employer’s approval of the leave, original
+ Last three salary slips (original, copy).
* In case of self employer:
– Business register(original, copy).
– Statements of tax payments (original, copy).
* Retired:
– Pension Statements ( original, copy).
* Student over 18 years:
– Confirmation of school/university enrolment for the current year, original.
– Student card (original, copy).
* Student under 18 years:
– Confirmation of school/university enrolment for the current year, original.
– Student card (original, copy).
– Written consent of the other parent or concerned guardians with the signature legalized by the competent local authority (original, copy).
– Written consent of both parents or concerned guardians with the signatures legalized by the competent local authority (original, copy).
– Birth certificate of the applicant, copy.
– The ID cards of the parents or of the concerned guardians, copy.
