List of document to provide short stay visa:

Short stay visa application form.
A photo ID to paste on the form.
A photocopy of the valid passport. If the foreigner is a minor, join.
Also a photocopy of the passport of his companion.
A photocopy of the current residence permit (verso-recto). If the alien is minor, possibly attach a photocopy of the residence permit (verso-recto) of his accompanying person if the latter is foreign.
A photocopy of the hotel reservation or the certificate of reception to be made at the town hall.
The place of residence of the host.
A photocopy of airline tickets (round trip) with full itinerary.
A tax stamp of XPF 3,000 (await the favorable opinion of the High Commission of the Republic before buying the stamp).
