LITHUANIA TOURIST VISA
Vietnam-legal.com would like to give the list documents required for Lithuania Tourist Visa:
Documents to apply for Lithuania Tourist Visa
1. Applicaton form, original.
2. Passport or official travel document, original (at least 3 months validity after the visa’s expiry date, at least 2 blank pages). Passport or official travel document, copy (If you have a previous passport).
3. One passport-size photo taken within the past six months, 3.5×4.5cm, length from the bottom of the chin about 3.0×3.6cm. Photos can’t request this request will be denied.
4. Personal documents:
– Family registration book
– Identity card
– Marriage certificate
– Birth certificate (if children accompanied).
5. Personal Financial:
– Job Contract
– Last three bank account statements, original.
– Other proof of financial means, copy: Remittances, Credits cards, Regular incomes generated by property.
– Original bank account statements (company or individual) on the turnover during the last three months.
* In case of Employee:
+ Confirmation of employment, original.
+ Labour contract, copy.
+ Employer’s approval of the leave, original
+ Last three salary slips (original, copy).
* In case of self employee:
– Business register(original, copy).
– Statements of tax payments (original, copy).
6. Documents required from Inviter in Lithuania:
* Business Letter
Please provide a business letter, which includes:
– Name of the invited person(s), company/employer’s name and position of invited person(s)
– Purpose, place and duration of stay in Lithuania.
– Documentation on the program of seminar, conference, training, etc. (if any)
– Guarantee that all expenses in relation to the applicant’s stay in Lithuania will be covered
– Company’s responsibility for the departure from Lithuania of the applicant in accordance with the terms stated in the visa.
7. Other documents which show the existence of trade or/and work relations, copy.
+ Entry tickets for fairs and congresses, copy (if applicable).
+ Documents prove company’s business activity.
+ Decision to work.
8. Travel Medical Insurance at least 30.000 EUR (original, copy).
