VISA TO ECUADOR
- Visa application form with an original passport-size photograph with a white background, which is published on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility.
For the case of visas 9-IV and 9-VI, submit a written request, signed by the interested party, addressed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility.
- Original and legible copy of the passport identification sheet with a minimum validity of 6 months.
- Original and legible copy of the passport sheet that justifies its regular stay in force in the country upon entry of the procedure.
- Original certificate of judicial background, issued by the country of origin of the foreigner or in the country where he has lived the last 5 years apostilled (s) or legalized (s) in the corresponding Consulate of the country that grants it, with validity of up to 180 days at the filing date of the request.
- Certificate of Migratory Movement, issued by the Migration authorities of Ecuador, with a validity of up to 30 days, on the date of presentation of the application.
- In the case of being a refugee, you must present a notarized copy of the refugee card issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility, in this way your regular stay in the country will be justified.
- Original and legible copy of the passport of the sponsor.
- Original and legible copy of the guardian’s visa.
- Original and legible copy of the identity card of the sponsor.
- The Amparante must also present all the requirements indicated in the category and type of VISA he owns.
- Original document that justifies kinship, updated birth or marriage certificates, apostille (s) or legalized (s) in the Ecuadorian consulate in the country that grants it.
- Notarized copy of the last Income Tax declaration, from which it appears that the beneficiary has income above $ 1,000 (MIL) dollars of the United States of America.
The documents issued by the National Directorate of Civil Registry, Identification and Certification must be certified by said institution, in no case before a notary.
